How do we get started with RPH Fitness?

We start with a free consultation to discuss your goals, history, and what you enjoy. This helps us build a plan that's effective and sustainable for you.

What should I wear or bring to my session?

Just wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in and bring a water bottle. We provide all the necessary equipment for a great workout in our sessions.

How often should I train to see results?

Most clients see great results training 2-3 times per week. Consistency is key, and we'll help you find a schedule that fits your lifestyle and goals.

What if I'm not seeing the progress I want?

Plateaus are a normal part of any fitness journey. We'll regularly review your progress and adjust your training and nutrition plan to keep you moving forward.
