Do you work with both adults and children?

Yes. Programs are adapted for adults, teens, and children, with options for parents/carers to be involved where helpful.

What should I wear or bring?

Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and any essential medical items. All required training equipment is provided for sessions.

Can sessions be online as well as in person?

Absolutely. Training is available in person, online, or as a hybrid to fit schedules and accessibility needs.

How often should sessions be scheduled?

Most clients benefit from 2–3 sessions per week, but frequency is adjusted to match goals, energy levels, and routines.

What if progress stalls?

Training is reviewed regularly. Programming, recovery, and lifestyle factors are adjusted to keep progress moving in a sustainable way.

Do you accommodate if i'm new to fintess

Yes. Sessions use clear instructions, predictable structure, and adaptations for sensory, motor, and attention needs.

Do you offer support for parents and carers?

Yes. Guidance, resources, and simple home routines are provided so support can continue between sessions.

Is personal training better than going to the gym alone?
