THE FOUNDERS STORY.

My name is Ross Hitchin, and I founded RPH Fitness with a single, driving mission: to make high-quality, adaptive fitness accessible to every family, everywhere. For too long, I saw a gap between the world of fitness and the unique needs of the neurodiverse community. Expert guidance was often limited by geography, and parents and caregivers were left searching for trusted, effective solutions they could use at home.

I knew there had to be a better way. RPH Fitness was born from the vision to transform specialised training expertise into scalable online programs that could empower families across the globe. This isn't just about exercise; it's about building confidence, fostering independence, and creating a positive, lifelong relationship with health and movement.
