Service Terms & Conditions for RPH Fitness

1. General Policy

At RPH Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality, expert-led fitness services and products. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve any issues. By booking a session or purchasing a product/course, you agree to the following terms.

2. 1-2-1 Personal Training Sessions

Cancellation Policy: We understand that schedules can change. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a 1-2-1 Personal Training session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

No Guarantee of Results: We are committed to providing you with the tools, guidance, and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals. However, your progress is dependent on your personal effort, commitment, diet, and other lifestyle factors. As such, we cannot guarantee specific results. We conduct thorough initial consultations to set realistic and achievable goals.

Health & Safety: You are responsible for ensuring you are medically cleared to participate in physical exercise. You must inform your trainer of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before each session.

3. Online Courses & Digital Products

Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the digital nature of our online courses and products (such as training guides), we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and downloaded, or once an online course has been accessed. All sales of digital content are final.

Exceptional Circumstances: If a refund for a service is approved in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of RPH Fitness, an administration fee may apply.

4. Addressing Concerns

Any concerns regarding a 1-2-1 Personal Training session should be brought to our attention within 48 hours of the session taking place.

For technical issues with online courses or digital products, please contact us immediately so we can provide support.

These policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients and are standard within the fitness industry. They are clearly stated and agreed upon at the point of purchase or booking.

Copyright and Intellectual Property: All content provided in our online fitness courses, including but not limited to videos, tutorials, text, graphics, images, and course materials, is the intellectual property of RPH Fitness and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written permission from RPH Fitness.

Enrolment and Payment: Enrolment in our online courses requires payment of the specified course fees. Payment must be made in full before gaining access to the course materials. We accept payment through secure online payment gateways.

No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our online courses and the instant access provided to course materials upon enrolment, we do not offer refunds. All course fees are non-refundable. Please review the course details carefully before enrolling to ensure it meets your needs.

Course Access and Duration: Upon successful enrolment, you will receive access to the course materials for the duration specified in the course description. After this period expires, you will no longer be able to access the course materials unless otherwise specified.

Student Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner within the course platform. Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of your access to the course without a refund.

Certificate of Completion: A certificate may be awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements, as determined by RPH Fitness. This is a certificate of completion and not a professional certification.

Equipment Disclaimer: Participants acknowledge that the cost of the course does not include any physical equipment (e.g., resistance bands, weights, adaptive tools). While recommendations for equipment may be provided, it is the participant's responsibility to acquire these items separately. RPH Fitness does not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any recommended equipment.

Modification of Terms: RPH Fitness reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
